A letterhead for a company that does title work. The building is a historic building where the company is located. KSG produced a line drawing of the building and applied a sepia tone. We felt, and the client agreed, that this icon not only conveyed what the business was, but also respectability and tradition, important values in the field of title work.
This sort of letterhead can be a bit problematic for the printing company, due to the various shades, but it worked, mostly due to the large size.
