A simple trifold.
A quad-fold brochure. There are a lot of different folds available once you get beyond the single fold. This one is the gate fold, which opens outward from the middle. The inside (page 2 in the PDF) is then exposed all at once. The brochure runs vertical rather than the usual horizontal.
